Lifestyle WordPress theme is a child theme for the Genesis theme framework and now has all the goodness of Genesis and more. The biggest advantage of this is – we can now easily upgrade the theme without worrying about losing our customizations.
Lifestyle has a (now) simple but great looking magazine style layout with the content part of the homepage divided into 4 sections. The top part displays your featured content and the bottom 3 display latest posts from 3 different post categories which can be chosen from the theme settings panel.
Since this is a Genesis child theme, we get all the features and configurable theme settings of it’s parent. Like any good premium WordPress theme, features in Lifestyle are aplenty. It is search engine friendly, has 2 drop-down navigation menus, breadcrumb navigation, 3 widgetized sidebars on the right & 1 optional sidebar on the left, custom widgets etc.
